  I have gone to this doctors office for as long as I can remember. The doctors here are amazing...the front desk ladies on the other hand are awful! They are flat out rude and treat you like your stupid. I have never been so discouraged. Every time I call them to ask a question they just flat out treat me like I'm an idiot. They must not realize that the reason I called them in the first place is to get some help or a question answered! I have asked around and I have found out that these ladies that sit at those front desks have a TERRIBLE reputation! Just to put this in perspective...they are so rude when I call or go in that I almost want to switch clinics. I figured the first time that I called the lady was just having a bad day or something, but after about my 10+ call and each time being treated so rude! This is an issue that needs to be handled.

  This place gets a bad rap sometimes. But the docs here are great! They're busy, and sometimes it's hard to get an appointment. Some of the receptionists are horrible to deal with, while a majority of them are sweet and wonderful. Overall, even considering the occasional rude receptionist, I love this place! We moved to two hours away, and I have not yet found the need to switch to a nearer clinic.
